IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Community Partners Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
