IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Forge Legal Group is a Spokane practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
