IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Spokane, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
