IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

Nova Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Spokane with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
