IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Thistle Insurance Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
