IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Rook Financial is a financial-services company in Spokane. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
