IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Spokane serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
