IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Freight Associates and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 734 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
