IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 749 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
