IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Nest Community Partners runs community programmes across Savannah, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
