IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Savannah region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
