IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
