IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Haven Construction is a San Diego contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
