IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the San Diego region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
