IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Diego, CA)

Nova Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in San Diego with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
