IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Cross Legal Group is a San Diego practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
