IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Drift Hospitality and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
