IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Hospitality and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
