IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Group serves customers across San Antonio with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
