IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Clear Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Antonio with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
