IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Salt Lake City, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
