IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Oak Freight is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
