IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
