IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Salt Lake City serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
