IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
