IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Corner Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
