IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Loom Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
