IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Thistle Financial is a financial-services company in Sacramento. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
