IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Junction Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
