IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
