IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Pine Financial Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
