IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Drift Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
