IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Vista Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Richmond, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
