IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Summit Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Reno. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Reno. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
