IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Reno, NV)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
