IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality is a hospitality company in Austin with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
