IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Rivermark Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
