IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Greenridge Timber Markets serves neighbourhoods around Hartford with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
