IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
