IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Construction Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
