IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Bright Logistics is a Buffalo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
