IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Albuquerque. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
