IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
