IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Foods and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
