IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Silverline Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Miami region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
