IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Telecom Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
