IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
