IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Sable Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Miami region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 483 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
