IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Nova Umber Foods Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
