IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
